The Powell River open-air farmers’ market is an old-fashioned, country-style market selling fresh, locally grown farm and garden produce, home baking, honey, soap, wood crafts, jewelry, and a variety of original items handcrafted by local artisans. Enjoy hot food and drinks in the sunshine while listening to the live music on our Open Mic Stage. There’s also a children’s play area and pony-cart rides. Livestock show up on occasion for sale and display. Available produce is grown without pesticides or herbicides; the market supports sustainable methods and the humane treatment of animals. Information on local food and farming issues is available.

The market is held on Saturdays and Sundays from Saturday, April 25, 2015 to Sunday, September 27, 2015.
