Join us for the annual Powell River Blackberry Festival! The celebrations include a multitude of events around town, highlighted by a massive street party along Marine Avenue on Friday, August 21 from 6 pm – 10 pm.

A recent transplant to Powell River, Maxine is looking forward to getting to know her and her husband's new community and the friendly people within it. She works for the province's Ministry of Social Development and Social Innovation's internal communications team—now in a virtual capacity!
