Spotted in Powell River: The Christmas Truck
‘Twas a couple nights before Christmas, when we spotted the truck…
The Christmas truck, prepared each year by Ryder Spick and Sponsored by Spick and Son’s Projects Ltd., made a stop at the extended care unit where local passersby could snap some photographs.
It is rumoured to have over 40,000 lights, meticulously lined up with hundreds or even thousands of zap straps, and cranks Christmas tunes through a stereo system on the truck bed.
Have you spotted the truck? Kudos to the Spick family for their hard work on something that brings a lot of joy to the community.
